General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member") and QQ777 ("Platform", "We", "QQ777"). Member Eligibility

QQ777 services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Location: This platform is designed specifically for users located in Malaysia. Access from other locations is at the user's own risk.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Malaysian law.
• Not a QQ777 Employee: QQ777 employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to register as members or use the platform's betting services.
• One Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, phone number, or financial information is strictly prohibited.

QQ777 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to submit the requested documents within 7 business days may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Registration & Account Management

To register a QQ777 account, you will need to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, date of birth, and a secure password. Phone number verification is completed via a One-Time Password (OTP) sent by SMS.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone.

• Notify the QQ777 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring your account information (phone number, email address) is always kept up to date to facilitate security-related communications.

QQ777 is not liable for any losses arising from a member's failure to maintain the security of their account. Our support team will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

QQ777 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods exclusively for Malaysian users:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — deposits processed instantly, withdrawals within 5–10 minutes
• GrabPay — instant deposits, withdrawals within 5–10 minutes
• DuitNow QR / DuitNow Transfer — instant deposits, withdrawals within 5 minutes
• Boost eWallet — instant deposits, withdrawals within 5–15 minutes
• ShopeePay — instant deposits, withdrawals within 10–15 minutes
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now) — deposits within 2–3 minutes, bank withdrawals within 1 business day

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 and the minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM10,000 for standard accounts and RM50,000 for VIP accounts that have completed full verification.

Your withdrawal method must match the deposit method used. If you deposited via Touch 'n Go, withdrawals must also be made to the same Touch 'n Go account. This is part of our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance procedures.

• Validity Period: Bonuses are valid for 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Any unused bonus within that period will expire and be removed without value.

Betting & Game Rules

All bets placed on QQ777 are final upon confirmation and cannot be cancelled except under circumstances explicitly stated in the relevant game rules. Members are responsible for ensuring all bet details are correct before confirming.

Regarding Sports Betting:

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used to calculate winnings — any subsequent changes to the odds do not affect existing bets.
• In the event of a match cancellation, bets will be fully refunded to the account balance unless otherwise specified in the relevant sports rules.
• QQ777 reserves the right to refuse or void any suspicious bets, including those showing signs of result manipulation or betting syndication.
• For matches postponed by more than 24 hours, bets will be voided and returned to their original value unless the match resumes within the timeframe specified by the relevant sporting authority.

For Live Casino games including Baccarat, roulette, Dragon Tiger, and others, game results are final as recorded by the system and are not subject to any dispute based on video streaming failure or connectivity issues on the member's end.

Account Suspension & Closure

QQ777 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Fraud, providing false information during registration, or failure to submit requested verification documents.
• Use of multiple accounts by the same individual, or collusion between different accounts for the purpose of system abuse.
• The use of automated software, betting bots, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage over the QQ777 system.
• Activity exhibiting characteristics of money laundering or suspicious transactions under our AML policy.
• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Account closure requested by the member through official support channels.

In the event of a verified legitimate account closure (not due to fraud), any remaining balance will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 5 business days. Funds linked to fraudulent activity or terms violations may be withheld and referred to the relevant authorities.

QQ777's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limit does not apply in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by QQ777.

Responsible Gaming

Infringement of QQ777's intellectual property rights may result in legal action under Malaysia's Copyright Act 1987 and other applicable laws.

Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

QQ777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless otherwise stated. Members will be notified of material changes via email or in-account notifications.

It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account in accordance with the procedure outlined in Section 7.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration or a competent court in Malaysia. Members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any dispute.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from this document without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
